Covetella is a fashion rental marketplace that allows people to both rent and lend out beautiful dresses and accessories.
Don't know what to wear for your next event? At Covetella, we have an unrivaled selection of carefully curated, beautiful designer dresses and accessories for rent so you can treat yourself guilt-free and never have to wear the same thing twice. We also believe that finding that perfect dress should be an enjoyable experience, so we offer personalized styling services to help you look your best for that special event. 
The rental period is set at 4 days but can also be extended to 8 or 12 days for an additional fee. We deliver your dress 1 day before your event and once you are done, Covetella arranges a courier to pick up the dress. We cover outbound delivery and all dry-cleaning costs. Easy? Very.
We recommend that you make your booking at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure you get your dream dress. In addition this gives you enough time if you need to make last-minute alterations (at an additional cost). If you need one last-minute, feel free to email service@covetella.com so that our expert stylists can immediately help you select and send you a dress.
Joining as a member on Covetella is completely FREE. We do not charge any membership fee. Signing up simply means that you will always have access to your favorite dresses via your personal Wishlist and receive special discounts and updates from us.
Since dresses are dry cleaned after every use, minor stains should be easily removed. Significant stains, damage and blatant theft, however, are not covered and you will be charged the full retail price under those circumstances. If minor repairs are needed, you will be charged the tailoring fee to fix the dress. For any dresses that are over $1000, we require a credit card on file to cover these instances.
Orders can be canceled up to 48 hours after your booking for a full refund. Orders can be refunded for an equivalent value in store credit only within 48 hours. Any cancellation after 48 hours will only be refunded 50% of the initial charge (based on the rental price).
You tell us where to deliver your dress. Fill in your shipping address upon checkout and we will make sure your dress gets to your desired location. Please ensure that someone at the location can receive your delivery. We deliver throughout Singapore.
At the present time we only ship orders within Singapore. If you fall in love with a dress on our site, please contact us and we may be able to accommodate you.
Returns are hassle free. On the last day of your rental period, we will arrange for a courier to come to you and pick up the dress. Alternatively, you are welcome to drop the dress off back at our showroom and we will refund the return shipping charge.

Late returns will be charged an additional 10% of the original rental price per day for every day that your order is late. You will be charged up to 200% of the retail value of the products you ordered. Please note that this late fee is in addition to the rental fee for the products.

If you pay us an amount equal to 200% of the retail value in late fees and you still have the product in your possession, the product is yours to keep.

If you have not returned a rental item within 20 days after the return date, your late return will be considered a non-return and Covetella will charge your credit card or debit card the maximum late fee, less any fees, plus applicable sales tax that you have already paid.
We stock reputable international brands from Europe, Australia, Asia, and the U.S and work according to their global measurements. If you need help with sizing feel free to contact one of our personal stylists or drop by our showroom to try on our dresses to ensure the perfect fit.
You can 1) call us immediately to arrange for another dress to be sent free of charge, 2) come down to our showroom and our stylists will help you pick out another dress, or 3) request to have our seamstress alter the dress prior to your event (a 1-week lead-time is required; additional charges will apply for any requested alterations).
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal, as well as cash in our showroom.
Your credit card information is completely secure. Our online payment service is provided by Braintree and PayPal - the online payment system trusted and used by e-commerce websites all over the world.
Under our privacy policy, Covetella agrees not to use our client's personal information for anything else other than our direct marketing.
